We invite you to support this year's Cathedral Heritage Ball by advertising in our ball program, or becoming a Sponsor or a Friend of the Cathedral. Information about all the levels of giving can be found on the 2011 CHB Ads & Sponsors Contract and on the Invitation to this year's ball. Both documents below are provided below for your easy access. You may copy these documents and submit them with your check to the address shown at the bottom of the form. Ad copy should be included with contracts for Advertising.

The hard deadline for sending in ads and sponsorships to be recognized in the ball program is November 1, 2011. The deadline for invitations is November 15, 2011.
